How a commission works

  1. Consultation

You share your gown ideas, colors, materials, size, and any special requests. Measurements may be taken during the consultation if the timeline allows.

  2. Sketch

Atelier Ayka prepares a sketch based on your discussion. Allow 2–3 weeks for sketches.

  3. Approval and order confirmation

You approve the sketch, sign the agreement, and pay a 25% deposit to begin production.

  4. Measurements and fabrics

Your measurements are confirmed and the fabric is chosen.

  5. Production

Fabric sourcing, pattern making, and sewing.

  6. Fitting and adjustments

You attend fittings to check the fit, and any needed adjustments are made.

  7. Final payment and pickup

The remaining balance is due when the gown is ready. Pickup or delivery is then arranged.
