Questions

Before you commission

Answers about booking, payment, fittings and delivery.

When should I book?

For a wedding gown, book 7–8 months before the event. For other occasions, book at least one month ahead.

How does the order process work?

The design, color, size, materials, and any special requests are confirmed before production begins. Fabric colors may vary depending on supplier availability.

How much is the deposit?

A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to begin. The remaining balance is due upon final delivery. International orders require full payment before shipping.

What payment methods do you accept?

BDO, Metrobank, MariBank, and GCash.

How long will my gown take?

Timing depends on the design. Your gown may be completed earlier than expected.

What if I can’t come in for measurements?

A measurement guide can be emailed to you. If you take your own measurements, you are responsible for their accuracy.

Will I need fittings?

Please attend your scheduled fittings. The number of fittings depends on the gown. The final fitting is for minor adjustments.

Can I change the design after approving it?

Request any changes as soon as possible. Changes may add costs or affect timing, especially if extra materials or work are needed.

What happens if I cancel?

If you cancel after the custom process has begun, the deposit is non-refundable. Once production has started, payments already made are not refundable.

Can I make changes after the gown is released?

After pickup or delivery, the gown is your responsibility. Further alterations or repairs may cost extra.

Can my gown be delivered or picked up?

Pickup, delivery, or shipping can be arranged. Delivery and shipping fees are paid by the client unless agreed otherwise. For weddings, delivery may be scheduled as early as the night before.

Is event-day dressing assistance available?

Dressing assistance is ₱1,500 and dress-form rental is ₱500. Both require advance booking and depend on availability. Requests made within 7 days of the event may incur a rush fee. Applicable travel and accommodation expenses are the client’s responsibility.
